Your tasks
- Process design: You analyse current situations and design efficient target concepts in our ERP environment.
- Bridge builder: You are the interpreter (m/f/d) between the departments and IT. You translate operational needs into actionable IT requirements.
- Project management: You will manage ERP optimisations from requirements analysis and test management to successful rollout.
- Quality assurance: You ensure that our processes run smoothly after implementation and are continuously improved.
What you bring
- Solid foundation: Several years of professional experience in process management or ERP project work (IT lateral entrants (m/f/d) with experience in ERP projects or ERP optimisation are also welcome)
- Skills: Sound technical understanding of IT and system interrelationships, as well as experience in requirements and project management.
- Expertise: A deep understanding of end-to-end processes in a manufacturing company and experience with ERP systems.
- Working style: You work in a structured manner, think analytically and have the communication skills to unite different stakeholders.
- Languages: Very good German and good English skills
